Time of arrival / Departure

Arrival :

We will welcome you from 4.00pm up to 7.00 pm.In case of late arrival, we can welcome you remotely.

La Petite Folie is closed between 12pm (noon) and 4 pm . If you arrive in Honfleur in the morning, you can come and  drop off your luggage between 9am and 12pm (noon) and enjoy the garden or lounge area while waiting for your room at 4pm.

La Rue haute (street) is one way. Ideally it is best to park at NATUROSPACE and to continue on foot so that you can check in.

Departure :

Appartments must be vacated before 11.00 pm.

It is not possible to drop off luggage between 12pm and 4pm.

Your booking :

Luggages :

Our apartments located on 3 floors are accessible by the stairs. We do not have an elevator or porter service.

We have no bedrooms on the ground floor.

Cleaning :

Your package includes basis housekeeping. Your bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. You will be required to clean the kitchen area.

Smokers :

  La Petite Folie is entirely non- smoking. It is however possible to smoke in the garden.

General Sale Conditions:

Individual booking :

We do not take deposit and ask for a credit card number ( visa, mastercard) to secure and confirm reservation.

Cancellation conditions :

COVID 19: Cancellation possible in case of lockdown announced by the government – (cases of suspicion are not a valid reason for cancellation)

No charge if the cancellation is 14 days prior your arriival.

Less than 14 days before the expected arrival date: 100% of the stay will be debited.

Early departure (shortened stay) and No-show: 100% of the stay will be debited.

Good things to know:

By Booking our apartments you can enjoy a privileged stay in one of Honfleur oldest and most charming houses. Please note that we are not a hotel and that our house does not have any other services. Only the cleaning is carried out on a daily basis.

Children :

For security reason, we do not accept children under the age of 10 (nor babies). We can make no exceptions to this rule.

The car park :

The easiest and most economical way to park is to park in the Naturospace car park at the end of Boulevard Charles V and Rue Haute for free.

Le parking ( located on  le quai de la cale ): day pass 4€

Les kitchenettes:

Each apartment has a kitchenette.

Animals :

For the confort of all our guests, we do not accept animals in our accommodation !
